Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Every.Farm account at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.

Delete it yourself in the mobile app

The fastest way, available on iOS and Android:

  1. Open the Every.Farm app and sign in.
  2. Tap the Settings gear in the top corner.
  3. Under Account, tap Delete Account.
  4. Enter your password to confirm. Deletion is immediate.

Or ask us to delete it

If you no longer have the app installed, or you'd rather we handle it, send a request through the contact form from the email address on your account. We'll verify it's you and delete the account within 30 days, then confirm by email.

What gets deleted

  • Your login (email and password).
  • Your profile: name, email, notification and unit preferences, pinned farms.
  • Your membership in any farms you had been invited to.

What stays

Every.Farm is a shared workspace: the data points, GPS tracks, and datasets you contributed belong to the farm they were recorded on, not to your account, so that the rest of the farm's team keeps a complete record. That data remains with the farm after your account is gone, without your name attached to it going forward. If you own a farm, the farm and its data continue to exist; transfer ownership to a collaborator first if you want someone else to run it, or ask us via the contact form to remove the farm entirely.

Backups

Deleted account records are purged from our routine backups within 90 days. Aggregated, anonymized research statistics that cannot identify you are retained as described in our privacy policy.
